A mat-based class focused on mobility, strength, and adapted Pilates exercises for the inner core and pelvic floor. It's a perfect class for postnatal recovery but also suitable during pregnancy and for any woman wanting to re-connect with the core and pelvic floor. You will feel stronger, more confident and more in control of your body.
