A floor based movement class for strength, mobility, flexiblity and coordination
Lo-Core Motion is a floor based, low impact movement class designed to improve core and overall strength, flexibility, mobility and coordination. The movements and flows involve incredibly functional and child-like movements which are very much transferable to our roles as Mum!
This class is not suitable for women during pregnancy, during the first 3 months after delivery or for any woman suffering back/pelvic pain, pelvic floor dysfunction and/or Diastasis Recti (more suitable mat-based Willow classes include Core & Floor and Pregnancy Core & Floor).
This class runs live from the studio AND online (via Zoom) if you can't make it in person.
