Stretch & Rest is loaded with restorative yoga movements, releases and soft tissues techniques to relax, de-stress, stretch and rebalance the nervous system. This is for ALL women whether you want to feel more flexible, mobile and relaxed, to use as recovery between more intense workout days or if you specifically want to tackle a condition/issue related to back or pelvic pain.......

Overtime, stress, worry and anxiety can settle in the pelvis and we often don't realise it's there. Being in a chronically stressed state can have long term implications on your health. Tension in the pelvis specifically can be associated with many issues such as pelvic pain, back pain,  bladder pain/urgency/incontinence, suppressed immune system, gut health and stubborn abdominal fat. Specific issues you may relate this to include menstrual pain, endometriosis pain, painful bladder syndrome/interstitial cystitis, IBS, constipation, sacroiliac pain, and symphysis pubis pain.
