Stretch & Rest is loaded with restorative movements, releases and soft tissues techniques to relax, de-stress and stretch. This is for ALL women whether you want to feel more flexible, mobile and relaxed, to use as recovery between more intense workout days or if you specifically want to tackle a condition/issue related to pelvic pain.......

Overtime, stress, worry and anxiety can settle in the pelvis and we often don't realise it's there. Tension in the pelvis can be associated with many issues such as pelvic pain, back pain,  bladder pain/urgency/incontinence, suppressed immune system, gut health and stubborn abdominal fat. Specific issues you may relate this to include menstrual pain, endometriosis pain, painful bladder syndrome/interstitial cystitis, IBS, constipation, sacroiliac pain, and symphysis pubis pain.
