Tough Mother classes incorporate a fusion of interval training, body conditioning, pilates , stretch and relaxation with all women in mind! Exercises are specifically designed to correct posture and correct typical muscle imbalances common in women so our core, pelvic floor and lower back are loaded more effectively. This class is suitable for Mums in the later postnatal period (6 months+) and beyond. It is also suitable during an active pregnancy! Mums who are in the earlier postnatal period it is advised to submit a screening questionnaire to assess suitability before booking.
